Thermomix Cooking

I have recently taken ownership of a Thermomix. It’s a bit of a risk, as they don’t have any distributors in Singapore, however I am loving cooking with it… when I get the chance. I’ve modified and updated some recipes, so I have created this page so that I can consolidate them all here.

If you have any recipes you want to share, feel free to post links in the comments section.

Also, see the bottom of this page for additional Thermomix links to fabulous sites!

Garlic & Chives Butter

Hidden Bacon Bread

Bread Ingredients in Singapore

I couldn’t find this bread in local stores any more, so I decided to make my own.

Finding ingredients in Singapore was intimidating for me. I hope others can benefit from this.

Burritos with Leftovers

Fish with Brown Rice

Banana & Kiwi Fruit Smoothie

A recipe from Jamie Oliver, adapted to the Thermomix

Bechamel Sauce

Tomato and Capsicum Soup

Rekindling an old
passion for food

Great with lasagna!

Soup with tomatoes and red peppers (capsicum)

My first batch of
Hot Cross Buns

Romani (Broccoli) Spaghetti

Great for Good Friday!

Good, simple, healthy meal cooking the pasta in the bowl and steaming the broccoli at the same time.
