I like using PDF documents for email and website downloads… why? Because they are generally smaller than a Word document, and the format is preserved, and it doesn’t depend on what fonts or version of software is on the recipient’s system.
Yesterday I downloaded and installed BullZip, which allows me to complete PDF creation just like I would print using a printer: Print, and select the BullZip printer instead of your normal printer, specify the filename you want to call the new PDF, and voila! A new PDF document.
AND IT’S FREE!
Download BullZip from here. (Note that it’s a two-stage installation)

Do you need to have already purchased and loaded Adobe Reader to create the PDF document before you use Bull Zip?

You don’t need to purchase Adobe Acrobat Reader – it’s free software!
It can be found and downloaded for free at this Adobe Acrobat Reader Free software download link
I would recommend installing it prior to using BullZip. I usually install this software immediately when I set up a PC, so I’m not sure if it would run without it.
