I have recently blogged about using email to track your period. It works a treat… but there is a free Period Tracking app, that allows you to predict when your next visit from mean old Aunt Flo will be.

I’ve just started using it, so I’ll let you know how it goes in terms of accuracy on its period prediction, but features that I like include:

• The ‘Period just started’ button. No messing around with dates
• The ability to enter in previous periods
• A calendar that shows when you’re fertile and when you ovulate

As you can see from the image above, looks like you need to avoid me on July 4th!!
